Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Pragya Matth Publications we keep our customers at the central stage. We take utmost care to deliver the books as soon as possible. However, for clarity, following are important policy guidelines for delivery and return:

In case of individual buyers books will be sold and dispatched against advance payments only.
For institutional buyers the books will be sold and dispatch on written/email order from the authorized representative of the organization. Ordinarily it will be on “pay on delivery”. However the publication house will use its discretion in deciding the payment term depending on the assessment of its own.
The orders will be dispatched within two days from the day of receiving the order by courier/ regd/ speed post.
The returns will be accepted if the book was delivered in a physically damaged condition Or if the book is different from what was ordered.
The books marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

All books must be returned in their original condition, as delivered. We may reject the return pick up if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned.
Buyers can cancel the orders up to until we ship the orders. An order can only be canceled if the shipment has not yet been confirmed.
Returns of books won’t be accepted after more than a week after the delivery. Customers should expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within seven business days of receipt of the return package.
Refunds will be issued only if it is determined that the item was not damaged while in your possession, or is not different from what was shipped to you.
